PROJECT NAME
SDG Bosnia and Herzegovina

SDGs are 17 global goals established by the United Nations in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They serve as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all people by 2030.
Pixerize created an official SDGs portal for Bosnia and Herzegovina, with immersive data and interactive graphics.
Bosnia and Herzegovina didn’t have official website for SDGs. That’s why they hired Pixerize to make one.
We started researching what kind of software should be used for this project, because it was demanded by United Nations for each country member to use it. We found out it was Open SDG, an open source platform for managing and publishing data and statistics related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals

By using this platform, collaborationg with various government measurement institutions including Metrology Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IMBIH), and United Nations representatives, we created a official SDG portal for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We have creted SDG Portal for Bosnia and Herzegovina which is used to monitor, track, and visualize progress toward the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their 2030 Agenda. It provides data, indicators, and reporting tools to support SDG localization.

The portal provides visual representations of UN global indicators tailored to the context of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It offers data tracking for all 17 SDGs, aiming to enhance accountability and measure the impact of development strategies.
It acts as a tool for the Agency for Statistics to improve official reporting mechanisms, complementary to EU accession processes.
Developed with the support of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) to ensure adherence to international reporting standards.
The data supports the SDGs Framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which covers three key paths: good governance, smart growth, and a society of equal opportunities.
The process of achieving SDGs is linked to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s accession to the European Union, with the portal acting as a tool to improve official national statistics.
